About the market

Woolton Hill and Highclere Village Market is a popular community event that’s going from strength to strength. Hundreds of visitors come along to support small and local businesses, and to meet up with friends and neighbours.

In 2023 the market moved from its original location at Woolton Hill Village Hall, to Thorngrove School in Highclere. Since then we have expanded to welcome up to 60 stalls at each event, with a huge variety of fresh produce, homewares and gifts.

At each market we invite a charity to run our tearoom, serving homemade cakes and a selection of hot drinks. We also run a very popular brunch bar, serving sausage and bacon rolls with locally supplied meat from Fernworth Farm.
